Engineered for 1 L–5 L liquid detergent concentrates, this foil pouch supports refill, reuse and closed-loop dispensing programmes for East Coast households, institutions and light-industrial cleaning teams. The laminate can be specified as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with a chemical-resistant inner seal layer selected for surfactant-based detergents, hand sanitiser and cleaning chemicals. A welded spout and tamper-evident cap allow controlled pouring or valve dispensing, while the flat foil pouch format runs on standard spout-pouch filling lines. We confirm fitment, fill temperature and drop performance during sampling before production. Factory-direct supply from our Dongguan plant includes 10-colour rotogravure printing, low-MOQ sampling and scalable runs for private-label detergent refill programmes.
Filling can be completed through the spout on automatic spout-insertion and fill-seal lines, with headspace, torque and cap orientation set during sampling. For US East Coast distribution, we review UN-rated transport requirements against your detergent concentrate, closure and outer packaging; final compliance is confirmed for the assembled pack, not assumed from the pouch alone. Printing uses 10-colour rotogravure on the foil or metallised surface for brand, safety and refill instructions, with matte or gloss lacquer options. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pouches per design, with stocked laminates and spouts available for shorter sampling runs. We provide uncut proofs, filled sample pouches and dimensional drawings before mass production.
Dispensing valves, screw caps and tamper-evident closures are selected for detergent viscosity and end-use handling, from single-use refill pouches to reusable institutional dispensing. The foil layer blocks light and limits oxygen and moisture ingress, helping protect scent, colour and active balance during East Coast warehouse and retail cycles. For refill and reuse programmes, we can add QR-ready print areas, batch coding zones and reinforced spout seals. Production is quoted at 15–25 working days after approval, depending on laminate, spout and print complexity. Our 15,000 m2 clean workshop in Dongguan combines film lamination, 10-colour rotogravure, spout welding and final inspection, with food-contact grade film options for compatible liquid detergent and cleaning-chemical applications.
