This bag-in-box format pairs a sealed flexible bladder with a rigid corrugated outer carton for liquid detergent refill and dispensing programs. The bladder can be built in PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, using a chemical-resistant sealant layer and barrier core selected for the detergent concentrate. A welded dispensing valve or screw-spout fitment supports controlled pouring into refill containers or connection to compatible dispensing systems. Filling is completed through the valve or spout, followed by leak checks and carton assembly. Capacities cover 5 L, 10 L and 20 L, with custom dimensions available. The construction is intended for household, institutional and light-industrial cleaning-chemical use, and a UN transport option can be specified with the required documentation package.
Film printing uses 10-colour rotogravure for brand blocks, usage instructions, batch fields and regulatory text, with artwork prepared for repeat registration and detergent-resistant inks where specified. The outer corrugated box can be flexo-printed or left unprinted for neutral refill programmes; both options support East Coast retail, janitorial and light-industrial distribution. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per SKU for printed bladders, with lower sampling quantities available before production. Sampling typically includes a stock structure sample, a printed artwork proof and, after approval, pre-production samples for fitment, fill and dispensing review. We confirm valve type, film structure, box style, capacity and pallet configuration before tooling and production. Lead time is normally 18–25 days after artwork approval and deposit, depending on print complexity and valve availability.
Chemical resistance is addressed through the film sealant, valve gasket and fitment materials, which are selected to suit the specific detergent concentrate rather than assumed from a generic specification. For refill and reuse programmes, the bag-in-box design allows the outer carton to protect the bladder during transit and in-use dispensing, while the valve can be capped between fills. A UN-rated transport option is available when the finished pack and documentation are configured for the declared contents and shipping method; final classification remains the buyer’s responsibility. Dispensing valves can be specified for gravity, pump or closed-system connections. Please share detergent chemistry, fill temperature, target capacity, valve preference, artwork and East Coast delivery requirements so we can confirm the structure, sampling plan and production schedule.
