This floor-cleaner vacuum pouch is specified for East Coast household, institutional and light-industrial refill programs. It uses a PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE laminate with a chemical-resistant PE sealant, high-strength side seals and a vacuum-ready pouch format that can be fitted with a spout or dispensing valve. Standard capacities range from 1 L to 5 L, with 5 L as the core refill size; other volumes can be developed around fill weight, concentrate density and closure type. The pouch is suitable for floor cleaner concentrates, neutral cleaners and selected light-duty chemical formulations after compatibility review. Filling can be completed on spouted-pouch lines, with the spout/valve positioned for clean dispensing and controlled evacuation.
Graphics are produced by 10-colour rotogravure printing on the outer PET layer, allowing brand blocks, refill instructions, batch information and East Coast regulatory text to be handled in one print run. The spout or valve is welded into the pouch shoulder with a reinforced seal, and the bottom seal is profiled for stable stand-up filling or flat-pack transport depending on line requirements. For floor cleaner, the PE contact layer and closure choice are reviewed against surfactant, solvent and fragrance load; we do not publish generic chemical-resistance claims without a sample compatibility check. UN transport-ready configurations can be reviewed against filled weight, closure, pallet pattern and carrier requirements, with final UN rating confirmed by appropriate testing before production. This helps institutional and light-industrial buyers move from rigid bottles to refill pouches without treating transport compliance as an afterthought.
MOQ is 10,000 pouches per printed SKU, with lower quantities considered for unprinted trial runs or stock-film sampling. Pre-production samples let buyers check spout orientation, valve function, fill weight, seal strength and label placement before committing to 10-colour rotogravure cylinders. Sampling typically follows artwork approval and a compatibility review for the floor cleaner formulation; keep samples at the intended storage temperature and inspect for swelling, closure stress or seal creep. Production lead time is generally 15–25 days after artwork approval, cylinder preparation and deposit, depending on film availability and quantity. Refill and reuse programmes can be supported with clear on-pouch instructions, batch coding areas and closure options that match your dispenser, cap or transit pack.
