This spout pouch for car wash concentrate is engineered around a sealed, resealable liquid pack rather than a rigid bottle. For solvent- and surfactant-bearing formulas, we quote PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates with a low-density PE product-contact layer selected against the concentrate's pH, fragrance and solvent load. Sampling typically starts with a plain or printed pilot pouch in the specified laminate and spout, filled with your concentrate for a practical handling and cap-fit review before bulk release. MOQ is quoted by capacity, laminate and print complexity; unprinted trial runs are lower than multi-colour production. For East Coast buyers, we plan palletisation and carton marks around container or LTL delivery, with lead time confirmed at PO.

Because car wash concentrate may be regulated in transport, we review the finished pack against the declared formula and route rather than assuming a rating. Where UN-rated transport is required, the pouch, closure and outer packaging can be specified as a tested combination through the buyer's dangerous-goods process; final marking remains subject to pack testing and applicable rules. Dispensing options include screw spouts, push-pull caps and tap-style valves for refill stations, plus bag-in-box outer configurations for larger institutional users. Reuse programmes should use compatible fitments and clear rinse/return instructions.
