Built for dish soap refill and dispensing programmes, this bag-in-box format pairs a flexible laminated bag with a rigid corrugated outer. The inner bag can be specified in PET/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, using a chemical-resistant sealant layer for surfactant-based liquids and a fitment welded into the bag. Standard capacities span 5 L, 10 L and 20 L, with spout and valve options for gravity or pump dispensing. The bag collapses as product empties, helping reduce headspace and supporting refill/reuse workflows. Filling is completed through the spout or valve fitment, then the filled bag is inserted into the box. The outer carton can be printed or labelled for East Coast distribution, and bag film can be supplied in roll or finished-pouch form for converter and filler requirements.
Printing is handled by 10-colour rotogravure on the bag film, allowing clear brand, usage and safety information for dish soap, detergents and cleaning chemicals. We can run up to 10 colours with registration control, matte or gloss finishes, and variable data areas for batch or refill instructions. For bag-in-box dish soap projects, the minimum order quantity is typically 10,000 bags per design, with outer carton MOQs confirmed against box size and print. Pre-production samples are available after artwork and film structure approval, usually in 7–10 working days; sampling helps verify fitment, valve function, fill weight and carton compatibility before mass production. We also support pilot runs for East Coast distributors testing refill or reuse programmes, subject to material availability and scheduling.
For dish soap and similar surfactant-based cleaners, the bag-in-box construction is specified around chemical resistance, fitment integrity and clean dispensing. Spout and valve choices can include simple taps, dispensing valves or pump-compatible connectors, matched to the filling line and end-use station. Where required, we can quote UN-rated transport configurations and outer packaging options to suit your route and regulatory profile; final ratings depend on the complete package and must be confirmed by the responsible shipper. Standard production lead time is 15–25 working days after sample approval and artwork sign-off, depending on film structure, valve type and carton print. The 15,000 m² Dongguan clean workshop supports bag making, fitment welding, 10-colour rotogravure and coordinated box assembly for US East Coast buyers.
