This 5 L liquid pouch is engineered for floor cleaner concentrates and other East-coast household or light-industrial cleaning chemicals. The flexible structure can be specified as PET/VMPET/PE, PET/AL/PE, or PET/NY/PE depending on alkalinity, acidity, fragrance load, and required barrier. A thick PE sealant layer supports secure spout welds and drop-resistant seams, while the metallized or aluminum-foil core limits odor loss and oxygen ingress. The pouch format reduces empty-container weight versus rigid jugs and suits refill/reuse programs. Standard capacity range is 1–5 L, with custom dimensions available. Production is completed in our 15,000 m² Dongguan clean workshop, using film selected for chemical resistance and reliable spout integration.
Filling options include spout-fill and open-top fill, followed by heat-sealed spout insertion and screw-cap closure for a clean, leak-resistant finish. The dispensing spout can be supplied with a standard screw cap, flip-top, or valve/button dispenser for controlled pouring of floor cleaner into mop buckets or spray bottles. Graphics are produced by 10-color rotogravure printing on the film, allowing brand, safety, and dilution instructions to be presented clearly. We quote MOQ from 10,000 pcs per SKU, with pre-production samples and printed film proofs available for approval before mass production. Spout size, cap color, film thickness, and pouch dimensions are customizable, and bag-in-box or roll-film formats are available for compatible filling lines.
For floor cleaner refill and reuse programs, the liquid pouch lowers shipping cube and plastic use compared with rigid bottles, and the spout supports controlled dispensing without a separate funnel. We can discuss UN-rated transport configurations for suitable filled-pack applications, with film and closure options selected to match the chemical formulation and route. The pouch is also suitable for institutional cleaning, janitorial supply, and light-industrial floor-care concentrates. To move from concept to production, share your fill volume, chemistry, spout preference, and artwork; we will recommend a laminate, confirm dimensions, provide a sample timing plan, and quote lead time based on print and spout requirements. Production lead time is confirmed after artwork, sample approval, order quantity and material availability are reviewed, so the schedule matches the chosen laminate, spout and print complexity.
