製品概要

This bleach refill zipper pouch is built around a resealable press-to-close zipper and a flexible stand-up or flat-bottom format, depending on your filling line and shelf presentation. For bleach and similar oxidative cleaners, we can specify a chemical-resistant laminate such as PET/VMPET/PE, with film thickness and sealant selected against your concentrate, fill temperature and shipping conditions. The pouch can run from 1 L to 5 L, with optional dispensing valve or spout fitments for refill programs. Filling can be done through the top zipper or a fitment, and we recommend sample trials before production. Tooling, fill trials and artwork checks are quoted after specification review.

Printing is handled on 10-color rotogravure lines in our Dongguan clean workshop, allowing clear bleach-safety messaging, bilingual dosing instructions and brand color matching on a 15,000 m² production floor. We can print on matte or gloss film and add matte varnish, gloss varnish or registered spot varnish where the artwork requires it. For US East Coast buyers, we quote MOQ by finished pouch size, film structure and print layout; typical custom projects start at 10,000 pouches per SKU, with lower quantities reviewed for sampling or trial orders. Pre-production samples can be supplied after artwork and dieline approval, and we recommend filling tests with your bleach formula before full commercial release.

For transport and dispensing, zipper pouches can be specified with leak-resistant zipper profiles, tamper-evident options and optional valve fitments suited to refill and reuse programs. We do not publish blanket certification claims; instead, we review UN transport requirements, closure performance and documentation needs against your final pouch specification and filling process. Dispensing valves can help control bleach flow for household or institutional refill stations, while the zipper supports resealing between uses. Sampling typically includes material swatches, printed mock-ups and pilot pouches for fill testing. Production lead time is confirmed after artwork approval and deposit, commonly 20–30 days for repeat custom runs depending on print complexity and component availability.
