This vacuum pouch is positioned for 1–20 L lubricant oil packaged for East Coast household, institutional and light-industrial refill or transport programs. The laminated structure can be specified as PET/VMPET/PA/PE or PA/PE to balance oil resistance, puncture toughness and flexible vacuum drawdown; metallised or foil layers are available where reduced light transmission and aroma/grease barrier are required. The pouch format supports flat vacuum evacuation and can be configured with a dispensing spout or valve for controlled pouring into smaller containers. Film, spout and valve materials are selected for compatibility with the lubricant formulation, and we confirm wetting, seal strength and fitment torque against your fill before production. Production runs on 10-colour rotogravure presses in our 15,000 m² clean workshop.
For filling, the vacuum pouch can be supplied with open-top, spout-fill or valve-fill configurations depending on line speed and lubricant viscosity. We recommend pre-production sampling to verify vacuum level, seal integrity after fill, and closure performance; samples can be produced before tooling and print approval. Custom 10-colour rotogravure artwork is available for brand, safety and refill-return messaging, with matte or gloss surface options. Minimum order quantity for custom printed vacuum pouches is typically 10,000 pieces, while stock-structure sampling supports pilot runs. For transport, the pouch is designed to be used within appropriate outer packaging and can be specified for UN-rated transport programs subject to validation of the complete pack with closures and cartons. Refill and reuse programmes benefit from durable seals and optional dispensing valves.
Lead time is typically 15–25 working days after artwork approval and deposit, depending on film structure, spout or valve type, print complexity and order quantity. The 15,000 m² workshop supports rotogravure printing, lamination, pouch making and spout/valve insertion in one production flow, which helps keep sampling and bulk orders coordinated. Please share lubricant oil formulation, fill volume, filling method, required barrier and any UN transport or outer-pack requirements so we can recommend the film and fitment. We remain factual about flexible packaging performance: final compatibility, drop, vacuum and transport validation rest with the complete pack and user’s testing. Available capacity range is 1–20 L; custom structures and valve options can be quoted for East Coast distribution and refill programmes.
