This valve pouch is engineered for adhesive resin where reliable containment and controlled dispensing matter. The laminate can be specified as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or a reinforced transparent structure, with a PE product-contact layer selected after resin compatibility review. The welded valve assembly supports clean dispensing and resealing, while the pouch body’s sealed perimeter helps manage leaks during storage and transport. Common capacities run from 1 L to 20 L for pails, refill stations and light-industrial use. We keep the structure transparent when visual resin level checks are needed, or metallized/aluminium when light and oxygen protection is requested. Filling can be arranged through the valve or open top before final sealing, depending on viscosity and your filling line. For brand presentation, we print with 10-colour rotogravure on suitable laminate, using registration controls and matte or gloss finishes for East-coast retail, institutional and light-industrial catalogues.
