csjt.ltd is the US East Coast market website of Guangdong Kody Packaging Products Co., Ltd., a flexible-packaging factory in Dongguan, China. We focus on household, institutional and light-industrial buyers across the East Coast: detergent refill packs, hand sanitiser pouches, cleaning-chemical containers and lubricant packaging. Our work starts with the chemical, the fill volume, the closure and the route to your facility. That lets us recommend a practical structure, print system, spout or valve, and pack-out format instead of a generic stock pouch.

Our Dongguan site includes a 15,000 m2 clean workshop for flexible packaging production. We print with 10-colour rotogravure equipment, which supports consistent colour across long runs and repeat orders. The plant converts spout pouches, bag-in-box bags, spouted liners and roll film. We plan material structures around the product's chemical load: films, sealants, spouts, valves and caps are specified for fill weight, drop resistance, shelf life and dispensing method. For refill and reuse programmes, we can discuss thicker seals, reinforced spouts, handle options and closure formats before quoting.

Food-contact control is documented through incoming material checks, print and lamination records, seal-strength tests, leak checks and retained samples. We separate food-contact and industrial work where required and confirm film grades, adhesives and sealant layers against the intended use. For chemical products, we also review compatibility data, closure torque targets and transport conditions. Before mass production, we provide approved samples, dimensions and artwork proofs. Inspection criteria are agreed in writing, so repeat orders follow the same material code, print colour target and pouch specification rather than informal shop-floor decisions.

For East Coast buyers, we work from artwork and fill trials through production, packing and export documentation. You send the product, fill volume, closure type and shipping route; we return a structure recommendation, pouch drawing, print proof and quotation. We can coordinate valve or spout samples, UN-rated transport options where required, carton and pallet specifications, and pre-shipment inspection.
