We review the chemical formulation, fill volume, closure, dispensing method and transport route, then propose film layers, sealants and fitments. Compatibility, drop performance and shelf-life requirements are checked before samples and mass production are approved.

UN-rated transport relates to packaging tested to UN performance standards for regulated dangerous goods. We need your product classification, packing group, fill weight and transport mode before quoting a UN-rated configuration. Not every chemical pack requires UN rating; if it does, the spout, closure, seal and outer packaging are checked together, and documentation requirements are confirmed before production.

Yes. We coordinate spouts, taps, valves and caps with the pouch structure and filling equipment. Neck size, closure torque, tamper evidence and dispensing flow are agreed before production. For refill and reuse programmes, we also review seal strength, handle options and pack sizes against repeated handling. Samples can be made for fill, seal, drop and dispensing checks before approval.

Send artwork files, pouch dimensions and material requirements with your enquiry. We check print files against seal areas and colour targets, then issue a rotogravure proof for approval. Pre-production samples are made for fill and dispensing checks. Approved material codes, dimensions and print targets are recorded, so repeat orders for East Coast delivery follow the same specification.
