Built for bleach refill and janitorial dispensing, this spout pouch uses a chemical-resistant laminate—typically PET/foil/PE or PET/EVOH/PE—with a high-density polyethylene spout welded into the pouch shoulder. The construction is selected for low-moisture-vapour transmission, odour containment and reliable seal strength, while the inner sealant is matched to the bleach formulation and dilution level. Available in 1L, 2L, 3L and 5L capacities, the pouch can be supplied with a screw cap, push-pull valve or dispensing tap for household, institutional and light-industrial use. Buyers can run refill/reuse programmes with durable caps and clear fill-level visibility where required; final chemical compatibility should be confirmed through sample testing before production.
Filling is typically done on spout-pouch lines with pre-made bags, using spout-fit fill heads and cap-tightening stations; the format also supports semi-automatic and automatic filling for pilot runs. We print up to 10 colours by rotogravure, so bleach brands can carry safety information, refill instructions, batch-coding areas and East Coast distribution marks across front and back panels. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pouches per size and artwork, with lower quantities considered for sampling or trial programmes. Sampling usually includes plain or printed prototypes, spout and cap options, and laminate swatches for chemical-compatibility review. Production lead time is quoted after artwork approval, film availability and filling-method confirmation.
For East Coast distribution, the pouch can be specified with UN-rated transport documentation support such as configuration and closure data, subject to the final bleach formulation and packaging test protocol. The low cube of empty pouches reduces inbound freight and warehouse space compared with rigid bottles, supporting refill and reuse programmes for retail, custodial and light-industrial channels. Dispensing valves, including push-pull and tap formats, help control flow for bucket dilution, sprayer refill and closed-loop dispensing.
