The pouch is specified as a stand-up pouch for dish soap, typically 1 L to 5 L, with a 3 L size as the reference format. A detergent-compatible structure such as PET/VMPET/PE, PET/NY/PE or metallized PET/PE can be selected to balance stiffness, flex-crack resistance and barrier against fragrance loss, while the PE sealant side supports contact with surfactant-based formulas. The base gusset lets the pouch stand on shelf or in a refill station, and the top spout or dispensing valve can be positioned for controlled pouring into bottles or dispensers. Film and finished pouches can be quoted in food-contact grade film where required; final material selection should be confirmed against your dish soap formulation, fill temperature and intended transport conditions.
Filling can run on standard spout-pouch or valve-pouch lines, with the stand-up base opened for top-fill through the spout or open fill before the fitment is sealed. We print with 10-color rotogravure on the exterior film, so dish soap refill programs can carry brand color, usage instructions, batch coding and East Coast retailer or institutional messaging. Minimum order quantity is typically 10,000 pouches per SKU, with sampling in two stages: unprinted or plain structure samples for fitment and fill trials, then printed prototypes after artwork approval, usually within 7–10 working days depending on specification. For UN-rated transport, we review your carrier requirements, closure choice and package configuration before quoting, rather than assuming a rating; documentation and testing needs are confirmed case by case.
Closure options include a standard spout with dust cap, a controlled-flow dispensing valve or a tap-style valve for refill and reuse programs. The valve and spout should be matched to viscosity, expected squeeze or gravity flow, and whether the pouch is sold to households, cleaning contractors or light-industrial users. Add-ons such as carry handles, hang holes, tear notches, laser scoring and child-resistant or tamper-evident features can be reviewed against your filling line and end-use. For chemical resistance, we recommend pre-qualification with your actual dish soap concentrate, including accelerated shelf-life and drop testing where appropriate. Lead time is typically 15–25 working days after signed artwork and deposit, with cartons and pallet configuration specified for East Coast freight and warehouse handling.
