This foil pouch for lubricant oil is built on an oil-resistant laminate such as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with a high-barrier aluminium foil layer to limit oxygen and moisture ingress while the inner PE sealing film contacts the lubricant. The pouch format supports 1L to 20L fill volumes for quart, gallon and pail-replacement refill programmes, with flat, gusseted or stand-up profiles available. Seams are made by heat sealing and can be specified for hydraulic oil, motor oil, gear oil and similar light-industrial lubricants. The laminate is selected for puncture resistance and flex durability during filling, palletising and East Coast distribution. Food-contact grade film is not claimed for lubricant use; material grade is matched to the chemical compatibility review.
Filling options include top-fill spouts, center spouts and corner spouts with screw caps, flip-top caps or dispensing valves sized for manual and semi-automatic lines. The spout and cap assembly is selected for oil resistance and repeated opening, supporting refill and reuse programmes where clean dispensing is required. For UN-rated transport positioning, closures, fill weight and outer packaging must be confirmed through the final package design review and any required drop and stack testing. The pouch can be supplied with tear notches, handle openings and box-ready formats for institutional and light-industrial buyers. Each production batch is checked for seal integrity, spout fit and print registration before packing. Filling temperatures and line speeds should be validated with the chosen laminate and valve.
Branding is produced by 10-colour rotogravure printing on the foil laminate, with matte, gloss or registered spot-colour finishes for private-label lubricant ranges. Artwork can include batch codes, fill-volume marks, warning panels and bilingual dispensing instructions. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pouches per design and size, with lower trial quantities considered for sampling only. We provide pre-production samples and printed pouch proofs before mass production, allowing spout, cap and laminate checks on your filling line. Typical lead time is 15–25 working days after artwork approval and deposit, depending on spout type, print complexity and order volume. Freight planning for US East Coast ports is quoted separately, and packaging can be specified for palletised or boxed shipment.
