This 5 L valve pouch is built for degreaser refill and dispensing programs serving US East Coast households, institutions and light-industrial users. The pouch format can be quoted from 1 L to 10 L, with the 5 L size suited to concentrated or ready-to-use degreaser lines. Film structure is selected around the formula: PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE laminates with a chemical-resistant PE sealant can be specified for fitment strength, barrier and flex-crack resistance. The pouch is designed as a refill/reuse pack rather than a one-trip beverage bag, with clean flat profiles for cartons, shelf display and dispensing stations. Final laminate and fitment compatibility are confirmed against the degreaser formula and filling process before production.
The dispensing valve is the core handling feature: a valve or tap fitment with a secure cap supports controlled pouring from a standing pouch and can reduce glugging, drips and over-pour at refill stations. Filling can run through the valve/spout or through an open top before final sealing, depending on the fitment and filler setup. For degreaser and cleaning-chemical programs, we review sealant compatibility, fitment weld strength, drop-performance targets and transport conditions. Where UN-rated transport packaging is required, the pack configuration can be quoted as a project with the applicable testing and documentation responsibilities defined before order. This keeps the valve pouch positioned for practical chemical refill, institutional cleaning and light-industrial maintenance use.
Customisation is handled at our Dongguan facility using 10-colour rotogravure printing, so brand blocks, safety wording, dosage instructions and US East Coast distributor information can be produced across the pouch surface. Artwork is checked for colour separation, registration and legibility on the chosen film before pre-production samples are supplied. Sampling is typically arranged after artwork, film structure and fitment selection are confirmed, allowing fill trials and valve function checks before mass run. MOQ is 10,000 pouches per design, with lead time typically 20–30 days after sample approval and deposit. Please share capacity, degreaser formulation, fill method, valve preference and transport requirements so we can propose a suitable valve pouch specification.
