This bag-in-box format is engineered for adhesive resin in 5 L, 10 L and 20 L working capacities, with a flexible inner pouch that collapses as product is dispensed. The pouch uses a chemical-resistant laminate such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE, selected for barrier and flex-crack performance with viscous adhesives. A large-bore spout with screw cap supports controlled filling and dispensing, while the outer corrugated box provides stacking strength and secondary containment for East Coast warehouse and job-site handling. Food-contact grade film options are available where a customer specification requires them, and all structures are quoted against the actual resin chemistry, fill temperature and transport profile before production.
Filling can run through the spout on automatic or semi-automatic bag-in-box lines, with cap torque, fill weight and headspace set to the adhesive resin viscosity and temperature. The inner pouch is then loaded into a corrugated box, taped or glued, and palletized for distribution. Branding is produced by 10-color rotogravure on the film, so safety text, batch fields, usage instructions and East Coast distributor marks remain legible through the product life. For refill and reuse programs, we can discuss thicker seals, reinforced spout welds and valve options that support repeated docking without claiming a specific cycle count until samples are tested. UN-rated transport configurations can be specified with approved outer packaging and documentation.
Sampling starts with a structure and spout review against your adhesive resin safety data sheet, fill method and box dimensions. We then produce printed or plain sample pouches for fill trials, fit checks and drop/transport evaluation in your own program. Production MOQ is 10,000 pouches per SKU, with corrugated boxes quoted separately or supplied as a combined bag-in-box set. Lead time is typically 15–25 working days after artwork approval and sample sign-off, depending on film availability and valve choice. Our Dongguan factory operates a 15,000 m² clean workshop with 10-color rotogravure, spout pouch and bag-in-box conversion, allowing US East Coast buyers to consolidate film, printing and assembly in one supplier conversation.
