This vacuum pouch is specified for fertiliser solution and built from a chemical-resistant PET/VMPET/PE laminate, with a PE product-contact layer and metallised polyester barrier to help manage moisture and oxygen ingress. The construction can be customised with foil or EVOH options where a tighter barrier or different chemical compatibility is required. A welded heavy-duty spout or valve fitment supports controlled dispensing and refill use, while the vacuum-sealed format helps limit headspace during storage and transport. Suitable for East Coast household, institutional and light-industrial programmes, the pouch is intended for concentrated or diluted fertiliser solutions and transport documentation can be reviewed against applicable UN-rated shipping requirements.
Filling can be handled through the open pouch mouth before vacuum sealing, or through a compatible spout fitment for closed-system dispensing lines; the exact fill method is confirmed against viscosity, fill temperature and closure torque. We provide pre-production samples from the selected laminate and fitment so buyers can check seal strength, valve function and chemical resistance with their own fertiliser solution. Artwork is printed by 10-colour rotogravure, allowing brand, dose and safety information to be shown clearly on the pouch. Typical MOQ is 10,000 pouches per SKU or design, with sampling before bulk production. Please note that fertiliser formulations vary; final film and fitment selection should be validated with your product and transport requirements.
Manufactured in our Dongguan facility with a 15,000 m² clean workshop, the pouch benefits from controlled lamination, fitment welding and 10-colour rotogravure printing under one roof. Lead time is typically 15–25 working days after artwork approval and deposit, depending on film availability and fitment configuration. For refill and reuse programmes, we can discuss thicker PE layers, reinforced seals and valve/cap combinations that support repeated dispensing without changing the core vacuum-pouch format. The pouch is not a substitute for user-specific compatibility testing: fertiliser solutions can vary in salt content, pH and additives, so we recommend sample trials before production. Please share target volume, valve type and transport profile so we can confirm the structure, sample plan and documentation needs.
