This hand sanitiser liquid pouch is built around a chemical-resistant laminate tailored to the formula, with PET/VMPET/PE as a typical starting structure and alternate sealant or barrier layers reviewed for alcohol, gel and surfactant compatibility. The stand-up spout format provides stable shelf presence and efficient cube use for refill, institutional and light-industrial dispensing. Available from 500 mL to 5 L, the pouch can be configured with a screw spout and tamper-evident cap for controlled pour or pump/valve connection. Seams and spout welds are specified for the fill weight and closure system. Film and spout components are selected to support leak-resistant handling through filling, case packing and East Coast distribution.
Filling is normally completed through the open spout on automatic or semi-automatic lines, after which the cap is applied and torque checked against the closure supplier’s specification. For hand sanitiser programs, we recommend sharing the formula, fill temperature and target shelf life before final film selection; this helps confirm sealant compatibility and avoids unsupported claims. A UN transport configuration can be quoted when the filled pack, closure and outer packaging are specified and verified by the responsible parties. Dispensing options include a standard screw spout, a flip-top cap or a valve interface for refill stations, depending on viscosity and flow rate. Case-packed pouches can be supplied with liners and labels for East Coast distribution.
Branding is produced by 10-colour rotogravure printing, which supports consistent brand colours, ingredient panels and regulatory text across repeat orders. Artwork is checked against the pouch layout and spout position before plates are cut; a pre-production sample with the approved artwork and film structure is provided for sign-off. Custom printed orders start at 10,000 pouches per SKU, while stock unprinted structures can be discussed for trials. Sampling typically includes a stock structure sample for fit and handling, followed by a printed pre-production sample. Lead time is generally 15–20 working days after artwork approval and deposit, with scheduling confirmed at order.
