This UN transport-ready liner bag is specified for paint base handling where a stable, low-permeation pack is required. The laminate can be built as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with a light-blocking aluminium or metallised barrier layer and a chemical-resistant PE inner contact layer. A centre or corner spout or dispensing valve supports closed filling and controlled dispensing into pails, mixers or refill stations. The liner format lets buyers pair the bag with a corrugated or reusable outer container, separating structural support from the liquid-contact package. Capacity can be quoted around a 5 L nominal fill, with 1.5–20 L options subject to drawdown and spout selection. Final UN-rated transport performance depends on the complete tested pack configuration, outer packaging and closure system.

Filling is typically completed through the spout on automatic or semi-automatic spout-fill equipment, followed by cap torque control and outer-carton packing.
