This 1–4 L foil pouch is designed for degreaser concentrate and similar solvent-bearing cleaning chemicals. The laminate uses PET/aluminum foil/PE, with a high-barrier aluminum core to limit vapor and oxygen transmission while the PE sealant supports chemical resistance and drop strength. The pouch can be supplied as a stand-up spout format with rounded corners and a bottom gusset for shelf stability, or as a flat foil pouch for compact cartons. Filling is through the spout or open top, followed by heat sealing where required. A 32 mm or 38 mm dispensing spout can be specified for controlled pouring or refill valves.
Printing is produced on 10-color rotogravure presses, so brand owners can combine strong color fields, fine type, batch codes and safety instructions on a chemically resistant film. Artwork is checked against spout position, seal margins and fill-height recommendations before plates are made. For East Coast programs, we quote in meters and finished pouches, with MOQ typically from 30,000 pouches per SKU, depending on size, spout and print. Sampling starts with stock laminate and spout samples for fit checks, followed by printed pilot pouches after artwork approval. We can supply D65 lighting checks and seal-strength data for the chosen laminate, but certification and transport testing remain the buyer's responsibility unless agreed in the specification.
For refill and reuse programs, the foil pouch can be configured with a dispensing valve, tamper-evident cap or press-opened spout to suit decanting and closed-loop return schemes. The high-barrier foil structure helps protect degreaser concentrates from moisture pickup and aroma transfer during storage, while the flexible format reduces empty-pack shipping volume. For transport, we can review pouch strength, spout torque and secondary packaging to support UN-rated configurations; the final UN mark and testing must be confirmed by a qualified test house against the buyer's specification. Typical uses include floor-care degreasers, workshop cleaners, institutional refill stations and light-industrial maintenance liquids.
