This foil pouch is built for floor cleaner concentrates, refill stations and East Coast institutional or light-industrial dispensing programs. The laminate can be specified as PET/AL/PE for strong aroma and oxygen barrier, or PET/VMPET/PE where a lighter foil look and flex crack resistance are preferred; a nylon-containing option can be quoted for drop-sensitive routes. Capacities span 1–10 L with a center or corner spout, and the pouch format supports boxed or shelf-ready refill configurations. The foil layer helps protect surfactant blends, while the inner PE sealing layer is selected for compatibility with the filled cleaner. Filling can be from the spout or open top depending on line setup, with cap torque and seal integrity checked during production.
Printing uses 10-color rotogravure on the exterior film, allowing brand blocks, bilingual dosing instructions, batch fields and East Coast distributor marks to be reproduced consistently across repeat runs. Artwork is reviewed against spout position, gusset fold and seal zones before plates are cut, so text stays clear of high-stress areas. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pouches per SKU; lower trial quantities can be discussed for sampling only. Sampling typically includes a plain or printed mock-up, film structure confirmation and spout fit check before a production order. Lead time is normally 15–25 working days after artwork approval and deposit, depending on film availability, print complexity and whether caps or fitments are supplied.
For refill and reuse programs, the pouch can be supplied with a screw cap, press-tap or dispensing valve option so floor cleaner is poured or dosed without a separate funnel. Spout sizes and cap styles are matched to the target fill line and end-use dispenser; we can quote UN-rated transport configurations where the buyer supplies the applicable specification and testing requirements. The pouch is not a stand-alone pressure vessel and should be used with the agreed secondary packaging for transport.
