This stand-up pouch is specified for hand sanitiser refills in 500 mL, 1 L, 2 L and 5 L formats, with a 1 L size as the standard listing. The film structure is PET/VMPET/PE for a balance of stiffness, moisture barrier and print lift, or PET/AL/PE where a stronger light and oxygen barrier is required for alcohol-based formulas. The bottom gusset lets the filled pouch stand stably on shelf, while the top spout supports controlled pouring into smaller bottles or dispensers. We can tailor film thickness, sealant grade and spout fitment to your fill chemistry, closure torque and East Coast distribution conditions without changing the stand-up pouch format.
Filling is typically done on automatic spout-pouch lines: the pouch is presented open at the spout, filled by volumetric or mass-flow filler, then capped and sealed under controlled torque to reduce leakage. Graphics are produced by 10-colour rotogravure in our 15,000 m² Dongguan workshop, allowing brand colour matching, variable data panels and bilingual US retail or institutional instructions. For new hand sanitiser projects, we recommend a filled sample trial before mass production so the film, spout and cap can be checked against your formula and filling equipment. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pouches per design, with pre-production samples and printed proofs supplied for approval before the production run.
Hand sanitiser demands seals and fitments that tolerate alcohol and repeated opening without softening the pouch body. We review the inner sealant, spout material and cap liner against your formulation, and can quote valve or screw-cap options for refill stations, wall dispensers and janitorial carts. For East Coast distributors, the stand-up pouch reduces shipping volume versus rigid bottles and supports refill/reuse programmes where empty pouches are drained, rinsed and returned under your local protocol. Transport documentation can be discussed where UN-rated packaging is required; final classification remains the shipper's responsibility.
