This chemical-resistant spout pouch is configured for 1 L–5 L liquid detergent, refill concentrates and compatible cleaning chemicals. The laminate can be specified as PET/VMPET/PE for a metallized barrier or PET/AL/PE where a stronger foil barrier is required, with a detergent-compatible PE sealant layer and a fitment welded into the pouch shoulder. Depending on your filler, the format supports bottom fill or spout fill, then cap torque and seal integrity are checked on samples. Spout and dispensing-valve options can be matched to refill stations, institutional dispensers or light-industrial decanting. For UN-rated transport projects, the pouch format, closure and outer packaging can be reviewed against your qualification plan rather than assumed.
Branding is produced by 10-colour rotogravure printing on the reverse or surface side as your artwork requires, with matte, gloss or controlled slip finishes available for East Coast retail and institutional shelves. We can print refill instructions, batch fields, bilingual safety panels and dispenser compatibility notes, while keeping clear windows or solid white areas for label contrast. Because detergent artwork often carries regulated wording, pre-press proofs and physical samples are recommended before bulk release. Typical custom MOQ is 10,000 pouches per size and design, with lower quantities reviewed for trial runs. Sampling usually moves from a plain structure sample to a printed proof and filled-pouch trial so your team can check spout position, pour rate and laminate stiffness.
For refill and reuse programs, the pouch can be supplied with a screw cap, flip-top dispensing spout or compatible valve fitment, and with handle or hang formats where the filling line supports them. The PE sealant and selected barrier film are chosen around the detergent concentrate's surfactant load, fragrance and pH range; we confirm compatibility through sample filling and storage checks before production. Institutional buyers can specify larger 5 L formats for janitorial decanting, while household refill lines may prefer 1 L–2 L sizes. Production planning is confirmed after artwork approval and sample sign-off, with typical lead times around 20–30 days depending on print complexity, fitment stock and order volume. Please share filling method, target viscosity and transport profile so the pouch specification is reviewed accurately.
