This spout pouch is engineered for adhesive resin packed in 5 L, 10 L and 20 L formats for East Coast industrial, institutional and light-industrial refill programs. The default chemical-resistant laminate is PET/VMPET/PE, with PET/AL/PE available when higher barrier or solvent hold-out is specified; film and spout are selected to suit the resin’s viscosity and compatibility. A wide-bore spout supports controlled dispensing and resealing, while the pouch format reduces empty-container waste compared with rigid pails. The construction can be specified for UN transport configurations when the complete pack is tested to the relevant mode. Printing is available in up to 10-color rotogravure for batch, hazard and refill-program messaging, subject to artwork approval.
Filling is typically completed through the spout on automatic spout-filling equipment, followed by cap torque control and leak checks; for higher-viscosity adhesive resin, wide-bore and valve-spout options can be quoted after a fill trial. Spout and cap materials are selected for chemical compatibility, and the pouch can be supplied with tamper-evident closures or dispensing valves for controlled pour and reuse. Sampling starts with plain or printed mock-ups and pilot pouches so buyers can confirm fill speed, spout fit and closure performance before scale-up. Standard custom MOQ is 10,000 pouches per size and print design, with lower quantities reviewed for trial orders. East Coast buyers receive specification sheets and artwork proofs before production.
Production runs in our 15,000 m² Dongguan clean workshop using 10-color rotogravure for consistent brand and handling information across repeat orders. Artwork can include resin identification, fill-volume marks, batch fields and refill/reuse instructions; final layout is reviewed against the selected film, spout and closure. For East Coast distribution, pouches can be supplied in corrugated cases with or without palletization, and UN transport options are quoted only after the complete pack is specified and tested for the intended mode. Typical lead time is 18–25 working days after artwork approval and deposit. Please confirm adhesive resin chemistry, fill temperature, viscosity and required spout flow rate before quotation.
