This spout pouch is engineered for liquid fertiliser solutions used in household, institutional and light-industrial refill programs along the US East Coast. The recommended laminate is PET/VMPET/PE or PET/PE where product chemistry allows, with a sealant layer selected for wet fertiliser contact and stress-crack resistance. The flexible pouch format supports 1 L, 2 L, 5 L and 10 L fills, with custom dimensions available around your fill weight and headspace. Spout placement can be top-center, offset or corner, and dispensing valves, screw caps or pull-ring closures can be specified. We confirm film and spout compatibility against your fertiliser solution before sampling, so the structure is practical for filling, transit and end-use dispensing.
Printing is handled by 10-colour rotogravure on roll-fed film, so fertiliser brands can carry strong shelf and refill messaging while keeping the spout and seal zones clear. Standard MOQ is 10,000 printed pouches per SKU; unprinted and trial quantities can be discussed. We provide pre-production samples for fill, drop and dispensing checks before mass production, and can review UN-rated transport configurations with your dangerous-goods or logistics team where the fertiliser solution requires it. East Coast buyers can specify pallet-ready cartons and artwork files. A typical production lead time is about 20–30 days after artwork and sample approval, depending on film, spout style and order volume.
The pouch can be specified with a dispensing valve or high-flow spout to support controlled pouring into sprayers, dosing tanks or refill containers. Reinforced seals and puncture-resistant outer layers can be selected for light-industrial handling. We do not publish blanket chemical compatibility; instead, we request your fertiliser solution SDS and test the chosen PET/VMPET/PE or metallised barrier structure against concentrate and diluted fill. This approach helps prevent swelling, seam creep and spout leakage. Reusable and refill-oriented designs can include hang holes, handle cut-outs or secondary carton support. For East Coast distribution, finished pouches can be packed in polybags and export cartons, with carton counts and pallet patterns agreed at sampling.
