This 4L valve pouch is engineered for bleach refill and institutional dispensing, using a PET/VMPET/PE laminate with a bleach-compatible PE product-contact sealant and a tough PET outer layer. The structure balances puncture resistance, flex-crack resistance and moisture/oxygen barrier for concentrated hypochlorite-based cleaners, while the valve format supports controlled pouring without repeated opening. Film thickness, sealant grade and barrier layer can be adjusted for 1L–5L formats, and the pouch can be supplied with a center or corner valve, handle punch or fitment guard as required. We confirm compatibility against your bleach formulation and fill temperature before sampling.
Filling is carried out through the valve or an open spout on manual or automated liquid lines; after fill, the valve is seated and checked for leak-free closure before case packing. The pouch is suited to East Coast refill programs, janitorial concentrates and light-industrial bleach dosing, with clear front-panel space for use instructions, hazard wording and dilution graphics. Our 10-color rotogravure press reproduces brand colors and warning panels on PET-based laminates, with matte or gloss varnish, registered valve placement and optional lot coding. Artwork checks cover color separations, barcode placement and valve clearance before plates are made.
Standard MOQ is 10,000 printed pouches per design, with unprinted or stock-film samples available for fitment and drop testing before a production run. Pre-production samples are typically provided in 7–10 working days after artwork and film structure approval, allowing your team to trial valve flow, cap torque and bleach compatibility. Production lead time is generally 15–25 working days after signed approval, depending on film availability and valve type. We can supply UN transport documentation options for customers who require them, and all film can be produced to food-contact-grade or industrial-grade specifications as the application demands; final compliance responsibility remains with the filler.
